About the Position


Installation Technicians are responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient loading of materials onto trucks in preparation for job sites, executing installation tasks at various locations, and ensuring the truck is unloaded and cleaned upon return.

Technicians play a vital role in supporting the company's management, mission, and core values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately and safely load trucks with necessary materials, tools, and equipment as directed by the Crew Leader and Lead Installer.
  • Efficiently perform installation tasks in accordance with the Crew Leader's and Lead Installer's guidance, adhering to company-approved methods and timelines.
  • Safely unload and clean the truck upon returning to the company.
  • Maintain the integrity of the company's products, tools, and equipment.
  • Deliver exceptional service to customers.
  • Operate company vehicles safely.
  • Exhibit regular and dependable on-site attendance.

Qualifications

  • Preferred knowledge of construction or related fields.
  • Experience operating equipment and/or power tools is advantageous.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English is preferred.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED is preferred;
  • 1+ years of experience in construction trades; or,
