Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer Analyst to join our team at MELE Associates, Inc. as a key member of our Nuclear Incident Response and Emergency Support Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating transmitted field diagnostics data for accuracy, interacting with responders in the field to improve data quality, and collaborating with the Joint Technical Operations Team and NSTP Standards division to ensure data accuracy standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate transmitted field diagnostics data for accuracy and make recommendations for improvement
  • Interact with responders in the field to improve data quality and ensure accurate reporting
  • Collaborate with the Joint Technical Operations Team and NSTP Standards division to ensure data accuracy standards are met
  • Support the development and implementation of training activities and exercises to ensure effective response to nuclear incidents
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and perform work in an office environment, including extensive use of computers
  • Ability to work after hours when required during exercises
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active Q Clearance
  • Experience in spectral analysis and nuclear diagnostics
  • Experience in CWMD/Rad/Nuc processes and procedures
