- Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide patient education, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
- Support patients and families during admission, orientation, and discharge, providing emotional support and facilitating coping strategies.
- Graduation from a state-accredited practical nurse education program.
- Current licensure as a Practical Nurse (LPN) in North Carolina, with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- No prior experience required, but a strong commitment to patient-centered care is essential.
