Key Responsibilities:
As a dedicated NICU nurse, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Delivering comprehensive and individualized care to newborns facing severe health challenges.
- Collaborating closely with families and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Providing hands-on support, including monitoring vital signs and assisting with feeding.
- Executing medical procedures such as administering medications and managing intravenous lines.
- Utilizing specialized NICU equipment to facilitate the treatment of high-risk infants.
- Assisting physicians in the execution of medical treatments and interventions.
- Formulating and evaluating nursing care plans to assess treatment effectiveness.
- Offering emotional support and guidance to families during difficult times.
- Educating parents on the necessary at-home care for their newborns.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
