Key Responsibilities:
As a dedicated NICU nurse, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering comprehensive and individualized care to newborns facing severe health challenges.
  • Collaborating closely with families and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Providing hands-on support, including monitoring vital signs and assisting with feeding.
  • Executing medical procedures such as administering medications and managing intravenous lines.
  • Utilizing specialized NICU equipment to facilitate the treatment of high-risk infants.
  • Assisting physicians in the execution of medical treatments and interventions.
  • Formulating and evaluating nursing care plans to assess treatment effectiveness.
  • Offering emotional support and guidance to families during difficult times.
  • Educating parents on the necessary at-home care for their newborns.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
  • The ability to thrive in high-pressure environments while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, both day and night.
