Clinical Allergy and Immunology Physician Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Allergy and Immunology Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. This role encompasses a variety of clinical responsibilities aimed at enhancing patient health through both preventative and therapeutic measures. The Physician Assistant will collaborate closely with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and Chief Operations Officer (COO) to ensure optimal patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings in accordance with clinic standards.
- Implement preventative health care strategies and coordinate referrals for specialized care when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, including charting and follow-up on disease management.
- Engage in health education initiatives to promote awareness and understanding of health issues among patients.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide phone triage support as needed.
- Review and interpret laboratory results, imaging studies, and referral documents to inform patient care decisions.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant Program.
- Possession of a valid Physician Assistant License in California.
- Current CPR/BLS certification is required.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Commitment to promoting individual health care programs and concepts.
- Ability to foster positive relationships with patients and team members.
