Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering high-quality RN care in post-acute facilities
  • Collaborating with medical teams and residents to formulate care plans
  • Ensuring adherence to established resident care plans
  • Monitoring outcomes and discussing options with physicians and nursing staff
  • Administering and overseeing appropriate treatments and medications

Qualifications and Skills
  • Current state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Successful completion of an accredited nursing program
