**Responsibilities:**
* Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to ensure safe and compassionate care for all patient populations
* Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes
* Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Requirements:**
* BSN or Associate Degree in Nursing (must graduate with a BSN within five years of position start date)
* IL RN License through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation
* BLS CPR certification by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
* Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), Certified Breastfeeding Counselor (CBC), or comparable lactation certification within one year of start date
* Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within six months of start date
