About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering product questions, and recommending solutions to meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services
  • Build strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, driving business growth and revenue
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits, making informed recommendations to customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Load and unload delivery trucks, assisting with inventory management and control
  • Participate in ongoing training and development, enhancing skills and knowledge to drive business success
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and relationship-building
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Knowledge of paint and paint-related products, with experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in multiple languages, including Spanish
