BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes. As a full-time RN, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow a designated care plan to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
  • Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories, providing personalized care and attention
  • Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
  • Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager
  • Follow up with and execute doctors' orders, ensuring seamless care coordination
  • Perform client assessments as necessary, utilizing a touch pad tablet to accurately document observations and interventions

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
  • A current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
