Job Summary:
This role involves delivering sales plans and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones. You will provide an unsurpassed and memorable customer experience through connection, attention to detail, and offering solutions that result in customer satisfaction. You will act as a key link between customers and our products, consistently delivering sales plans and company objectives through relationship-building and product knowledge.

Responsibilities:
  • Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives.
  • Provide an unsurpassed and memorable customer experience.
  • Actively participate in a positive store environment.
  • Secure all company assets under one's control.
  • Treat customers and colleagues with respect.

Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED
* 1+ year experience in retail or customer service
* Familiarity with point of sale system, computers & calculators with basic phone and math skills
* Ability to sell through use of sales skills and accountability for sales results
* Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
* Self-Motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi-task;
