Material Handler Seasonal

WineDirect is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our Production team as a Material Handler Seasonal at our American Canyon, CA facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a forklift, reach truck, and stock picker to move bulk products and individual cases into staging and/or forward pick locations.
  • Utilize RF devices to complete inventory movements and inspect products for quality and accuracy.
  • Report and document any damaged product not suitable for shipping.
  • Stage products for our club assembly line and load/unload trucks in our shipping and receiving departments.
  • Notify supervisors of any mechanical or material issues and maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing or distribution center.
  • Experience with RF devices and working in a fast-paced production driven environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, lift heavy objects (40+ pounds), and work weekends and overtime as needed.
  • Reliable transportation and a strong sense of empathy to ensure the best experience for our partners, clients, and end-consumers.
