At Broadstreet Properties, we are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Cleaning and Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Fourwinds Crossing Apartments in Prince George, BC.

The successful candidate will have a strong eye for detail and be able to maintain a clean and safe environment for our tenants. This role will involve maintaining entrances and hallways, performing month-end cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathroom, and cupboards, and attending pre-move out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for completing small repairs such as painting or changing of lights as required, and supporting the general maintenance of the building's exterior.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have knowledge of various cleaning products, basic computer skills, a valid driver's license, and a reliable vehicle. You will also need to be able to travel between sites as required.
