  • Accountable for evaluating, diagnosing, planning, and intervening in the health issues of patients.
  • Facilitate patient education and prepare discharge plans.
  • Assist patients in mobility to avert skin injuries, falls, and implement necessary precautions.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare team members to strategize patient care and meet objectives.
  • Record patient care activities in compliance with established standards and policies.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a Registered Nurse license in the State of New Jersey.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required.
  • Experience in Adult Medical/Surgical nursing preferred.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fluency in English and the ability to lift and transport patients.
  • Certification in Progressive Care or Critical Care is mandatory within designated timeframes.
