Community Mobility Specialist

The Community Mobility Specialist will provide safe and reliable transportation services to our residents at Sagebrook Senior Living at San Francisco.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with seniors and providing exceptional mobility services. As a Community Mobility Specialist, you will be responsible for transporting residents to various activities, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Key Responsibilities- Transportation Services: Safely operate community vehicles, transporting residents to and from various activities.
- Resident Assistance: Assist disabled passengers into and out of vehicles, securing wheelchairs to restraining devices.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain vehicles in good working condition, performing regular cleaning and servicing tasks.
- Documentation: Document vehicle condition on a monthly and per trip basis.
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL): Current CDL may be required with an acceptable driving record.
- CPR and First Aid Certification: Possess CPR and First Aid certification.
- Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer service environment, preferably in a senior living setting.
- Safety Knowledge: Must be knowledgeable of all safety precautions and comply with safety measures.
- Organizational Skills: Competent in organization, time management skills, and handling multiple priorities.
We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, holidays, meals, uniforms, and opportunities for advancement.
