Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer, Autonomy Performance Evaluation TL to join our team at Stack AV. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to drive the development of autonomy performance metrics and lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement autonomy performance metrics that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize development priorities.
  • Leverage strong presentation and communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Incorporate state-of-the-art research and techniques to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on autonomy performance evaluation.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
