Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly wage of $35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide treatment for a range of speech and language disorders, including articulation, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing difficulties.
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and interpret results to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Effectively communicate findings and treatment plans to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care and update treatment plans as necessary.
  • Document evaluation reports, treatment plans, monthly summaries, and progress notes promptly.
  • Deliver compassionate support and counseling to patients and their families.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Communication Disorders.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a speech therapist.
  • Current licensure in the relevant states or willingness to obtain licensure.
  • Full-time, in-person clinic position.
  • Ability to work 8-hour shifts during clinic hours.
  • Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
