We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Registered Nurse to join our team at Mission Hospital. As a Cath Lab Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the cath lab, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patients' vital signs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical histories, physical conditions, and laboratory results to identify potential complications and develop strategies for prevention.
- Develop and implement educational programs for patients and families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
- One year of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a cardiovascular or cath lab environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Preferred: National Certification in Cardiology or Cardiovascular Nursing.
