About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Outpatient Therapist to join our clinical team. As a Senior Outpatient Therapist, you will be responsible for providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions to consumers, as well as assisting in the development of the outpatient clinical team to meet the demand of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing clinical support to members of the outpatient team
  • Assist outpatient staff in at-risk situations
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for consumers
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar clinical discipline
  • Verified clinical practicum
  • At least 1 year of experience with either a CASSP service system, or employed by a licensed mental health services agency, or subcontracted agency, or other master's level mental health clinicians with documents training in the field of behavioral modification techniques
  • Actively participating in supervision toward a generally recognized clinical discipline that includes mental health clinical experience (i.e. LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
