As a CLC RN, you will perform diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures appropriate to the practice setting, provide leadership in interpreting, supporting, and implementing Medical Center and Nursing Department philosophy, policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, and quality improvement processes. You will also serve as a consultant in clinical practice, communicate and work effectively with others, initiate and lead groups of personnel and interdisciplinary groups, and establish relationships with professional and/or health-related groups within the community.

We seek RNs who possess good organizational skills, the ability to assume leadership duties, and the ability to establish effective communication with residents, families, and other members of the interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a working understanding of cultural transformation, creating a home-like environment, a dedication to improving the quality of life for residents, and provide physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual support and medical care for residents and/or significant others during the time surrounding death.

Key qualifications for this role include United States citizenship, graduation from a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate State-accrediting agency and accredited by The Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or The Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), and 1-2 years of nursing experience.
