The Licensed General Appraiser or Qualified Property Evaluator will concentrate on assessing collateral risk associated with loans backed by Personal Property and Real Estate. This role requires developing expertise in specific markets and gathering sales data. The individual will deliver valuation insights to clients and work collaboratively with various departments within Farm Credit East.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Generate valuation reports and appraisals
  • Track sales trends and evaluate transactions
  • Develop comprehensive market intelligence
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor within designated market segments

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Active Certified General Appraiser License
  • Compensation range: $50,-$ based on experience and certification level
