Salary and Benefits

Job Description

We are seeking friendly, motivated individuals who can provide exceptional guest experiences. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued. You will be part of a well-run restaurant, where teamwork and collaboration are essential to our success. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing great customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent experience in a full-service restaurant or related field. You must be able to stand during your entire shift, exerting up to 40 pounds as needed, and maneuver throughout the dining and kitchen area. Additionally, you should be able to reach overhead, carry trays, handle hot and cold beverages, bend below the waist, and communicate effectively with guests and colleagues. A commitment to maintaining high standards of personal grooming, including wearing proper uniform and facial mask and gloves when required, is essential.
