We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Coach to join our team at KidStrong | L5 Be Brave. As a Coach, you will play a vital role in helping parents build stronger, smarter, and more athletic kids through our science-based curriculum.

KidStrong is a rapidly growing private training center that focuses on brain, physical, and character development for children aged walking through 11 years old. Our curriculum is parent-focused and taught by professional coaches like you.

• Coach children aged 15mo-8 years old in our classes, which run weekdays from mid-mornings to 7 pm and weekends from 8 AM to lunchtime.
• Develop and maintain a positive and motivating learning environment that encourages children to reach their full potential.
• Communicate effectively with parents about our curriculum and provide them with valuable insights to help them support their child's development.
• Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our members.

• Experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age range.
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• CPR certification.
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• A self-starter who can get the job done.
