Position Overview:
As a Cashier at Quick Check, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist guests in a friendly and efficient manner while handling transactions accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver courteous service to every customer.
- Follow all company policies and procedures diligently.
- Ensure that shelves, coolers, and displays are well-stocked and organized.
- Assist with vendor deliveries as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment, including restrooms.
- Manage indoor and outdoor waste disposal effectively.
- Support the store manager with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Completion of TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certificates is required.
- Basic arithmetic skills for accurate cash handling and reporting.
- Adherence to state and federal regulations regarding sales.
- Foster teamwork and assist colleagues throughout your shift.
- Capability to stand for extended periods and lift weights between 35 to 50 pounds.
- Engage in physical activities including pushing, pulling, and repetitive hand movements.
