We are seeking a Theatre Staff member to join our team at Festus Cinema. As a Theatre Staff member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. This is a part-time position, and we are happy to employ students, retirees, and those with full-time jobs.

• Greeting Guests: Greet guests upon arrival and make them feel welcome.
• Providing Excellent Customer Service: Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward guests at all times. Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Staying Current on New Releases: Stay current on new releases and upcoming movies to provide guests with accurate information and recommendations.
• Teamwork: Communicate and coordinate as a team with your fellow colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
• Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional guest support.

• Age Requirement: All applicants must be at least 16 years old at the time of hire.
• Education: None required.
• Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
