Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and oversight of Quality Assurance activities to support business objectives.
- Serve as the primary quality assurance resource for problem identification, resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Instruct quality assurance personnel on quality control and analytical procedures.
- Support concurrent engineering efforts by participating in design development projects representing quality assurance and the customer.
- Lead root-cause analysis and problem-solving activities to identify effective corrective actions and process improvements.
- Oversee calibration programs and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Interface with suppliers and customers to resolve quality control issues and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory standards, and technical publications to inform quality control practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, such as production, quality, or engineering, with 12 years of directly related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Master's degree highly preferred and may substitute for 2 years of experience.
- Minimum 7 years of supervisory/management experience.
- Basic knowledge of ISO and/or AS9100, Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma, and Kaizen.
- Working knowledge of specific software, such as design, analysis, and ERP systems.

Due to ITAR regulations, only U.S. persons are eligible for this position. A U.S. person can be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, political asylee, or a corporation incorporated in the United States.
