Job Description

Mission Statement:

Job Summary:
Performing mammography imaging exams on patients with a mammogram ordered by a physician. Ensuring accurate imaging studies and providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and complex environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) program.
  • Registry in Radiography by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (R).
  • Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) through the Texas Medical Board (TMB).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
  • Preferred: Advanced Registry in Mammography (ARRT) (M) within 180 days of entry into the job.
