Snow Sports Terrain Manager Job Summary

About the Job

Sundance Mountain Resort is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Snow Sports Terrain Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of our freestyle terrain parks, as well as developing and implementing strategies to improve guest satisfaction and employee engagement.

Estimated Salary: $26-$28.50 per hour (DOE)

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in terrain park management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced winter environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve guest satisfaction and employee engagement
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of terrain park features
  • Collaborate with ski patrol and other departments to ensure seamless operation of terrain parks
  • Manage staff scheduling and performance
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety protocols

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of Terrain Park work experience
  • Personal skiing or snowboarding skills of level 8 or better
  • Previous Supervisory Experience
  • Valid U.S. Drivers' License
