Job Summary

The Overnight Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all areas of the facility, ensuring a positive member experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, and fitness equipment
  • Stock locker rooms with necessary supplies and paper products
  • Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager
  • Follow the Lost and Found Policy and turn in lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager
Requirements
  • Custodial experience preferred
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential
  • Ability to work third shift is required
  • Honesty and exceptional work ethic are necessary
  • Ability to solve problems independently
  • Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
Physical Demands
  • Continual standing and walking during shift
  • Continual reaching with hands, fingers, and arms during shift
  • Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during shift
  • Must be able to occasionally lift over 80 pounds
  • Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals
