US Acute Care Solutions: We are currently seeking highly motivated and skilled Clinical Observers for our Observation APP program at Catholic Medical Center.

About the Role: As a Clinical Observer, you will work closely with our experienced healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care while observing and participating in clinical activities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Observe and participate in clinical activities under the supervision of experienced healthcare professionals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Contribute to the development of treatment plans and implement care strategies
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
