As a Patient Access Specialist at UTMB Health, you will be the voice of our organization, creating a nurturing and competent atmosphere for all callers to the Access Center. Your role will be to determine the caller's needs while maintaining a seamless experience, navigating through multiple functions and departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent UTMB Health's voice and values in all interactions with callers
- Determine caller needs and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner
- Navigate through multiple functions and departments to resolve caller inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive caller experience
- Stay up-to-date on policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- High School or equivalent and two years customer service and/or clerical experience
