Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at Devereux. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will work directly with children and youth to provide support and guidance in a fun and safe environment. You will assist in planning and implementing programs designed to meet the social, emotional, physical, and personal needs of individuals in our care.

Responsibilities:

* Provide individualized support and guidance to children and youth in a residential setting
* Assist in planning and implementing programs to meet the needs of individuals in our care
* Work directly with children and youth to promote positive behaviors and relationships
* Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment

Requirements:

* Must be 21 years of age or older
* High School diploma or GED required
* Valid Arizona Driver's License and pass DMV 36-month history check
* Previous experience working with children and adolescents with behavioral and emotional needs required
