We are looking for a skilled IT Helpdesk Technician to join our team in Hurricane, UT. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for resolving IT tickets, identifying issues, troubleshooting, and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site tech support across all Balance of Nature locations
  • Handle IT support tickets for desktop, software, and basic troubleshooting for team members
  • Repair hardware as needed
  • Install cameras and access points as needed
  • Set up workstations for new team members
  • Assist team member's transition into remote work and vice versa
  • Track IT inventory and documentation
  • Help customers over the phone and email
