About the Role

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Flex Officer to provide safety and security services to our clients. As a Security Flex Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a visible presence at client sites, detecting and reporting suspicious activities, and ensuring the safety and security of personnel and property. This is a part-time position with varied shifts, including mornings and afternoons, with opportunities for advancement. Requirements include a high school diploma, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in various environments. A valid driver's license and clean driving record may also be required depending on the location. Key Responsibilities

* Provide security services to multiple clients at various locations
* Detect and report suspicious activities, and ensure the safety and security of personnel and property
* Maintain a visible presence at client sites, and respond to crisis situations as needed
* Work independently and as part of a team to achieve client objectives
* Communicate effectively with clients, personnel, and law enforcement agencies as required
Requirements

* Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
* Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
* Be able to work in various environments, including cold weather, rain, or heat
* Be able to lift or carry up to 40 pounds, and stand or walk for long periods of time
* Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record (depending on the location)
