At Physician Empire, we are proud to offer an exciting opportunity for a Primary Care Physician to join our esteemed team in the heart of New York. With over 20 years of experience, our private practice has established itself as a leader in providing high-quality patient care.
OverviewWe have two offices located within a 10-mile radius of Queens and Manhattan, offering an ideal location for those who desire a balance between urban and suburban living. Our state-of-the-art facilities are equipped with the latest technology, including EMR Criterion, ultrasound, and full imaging services, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a highly competitive salary, commensurate with experience, ranging from $200,000 to over $250,000 per year. In addition to a base salary, our physicians also receive a bonus structure based on productivity, with up to $30,000 additional per year. We also provide comprehensive benefits, including relocation assistance, 401(k), health insurance, malpractice insurance, and other standard benefits.
About the RoleThis is an outpatient-only position, requiring board certification or eligibility. Our primary care providers see an average of 15-25 patients per day, with opportunities for growth and professional development. As a valued member of our team, you will be expected to maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with patients and staff, and adhere to our strict quality standards.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. Proficiency in Spanish or medical Spanish is highly desirable, but not required. We welcome new graduates and experienced physicians alike, with a focus on creating a supportive and inclusive work environment.
