Job Title: Business Analyst III

Indotronix International Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst III to join our team in Tampa, FL. As a Business Analyst III, you will play a critical role in interacting with business units and other Systems area personnel to document requirements and design, develop, and complete IT solutions within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform solution analysis to develop solutions that support our business.
  • Partner with functional groups to clarify and document functional and non-functional business requirements, use cases, and business rules.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business needs and IT strategy.
  • Communicate technical direction to the business to ensure consistent and common application of technology solutions.
  • Ensure clear and complete project requirements to deliver continuous business value.
  • Provide ongoing support throughout the pilot phase of initiatives.
  • Build partnerships with business and technical representatives to create a team atmosphere while problem-solving.
  • Conduct structured interviews to document information relating to business situations.
  • Create workflow diagrams and perform gap analyses between current and future states.
  • Negotiate with business partners to identify phased approaches to attaining desired future states.
  • Work with teams and architects to identify alternative technical approaches.
  • Document findings, formulate alternatives, and finalize recommendations.
  • Perform other assignments to comply with business strategies and initiatives.
  • Participate in defining test cases and supporting testing.
  • Develop presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to business and technical partners.
  • Mentor team members and assist in cross-training in system intricacies and improving technical skills.
Qualifications:
  • At least eight years of applicable business/solution analysis experience.
  • Proficient in PC desktop software skills, including MS Office Product Suite and Visio.
  • Skilled in writing SQL queries.
  • Demonstrates outstanding interpersonal skills with emphasis on proactive brainstorming and debating dialogues.
  • Experience with interviewing, researching, and documenting findings.
  • Requires high energy, positive thinking, and an assertive personality perceived as professional, open, intelligent, and a remarkable contributor to any team.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Data mapping expertise.
  • Knowledge of how technology can enhance the business environment.
  • Agile experience.
