Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Aequor Technologies. As an SLP, you will work closely with residents of skilled nursing facilities to evaluate and assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Evaluate and assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in residents
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication and swallowing deficits
- Provide direct therapy services, including individual and group sessions, to improve speech, language, and swallowing functions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for residents
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or geriatric setting
