About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive and compassionate therapy services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to residents in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
  • Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
  • Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and experience with electronic documentation
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve excellent patient outcomes
