Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and reassessments using standardized evaluation tools to inform treatment planning.
  • Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment results, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
  • Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) in various settings, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Implement caregiver training and collect data for training goals, fostering a collaborative approach to client care.
  • Utilize online data collection systems for client program books, data collection, graphing, and assessment reports, ensuring seamless data management.
Requirements
  • BCBA certification.
  • Pediatric CPR certification.
  • Reliable transportation for travel between client locations.
