Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Barback to support our bartenders and ensure the smooth operation of our bar. As a Barback, you will be responsible for preparing the bar for service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bar Preparation: Ensure the bar is prepared and set up for success, including replenishing and stocking ice, alcohol, juices, glassware, and other essentials.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including bus tables throughout the shift and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with bartenders and other staff members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and able to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
  • Experience: High-volume barback experience preferred.
  • Certifications: Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others and maintain a positive attitude in a team environment.
