Key Responsibilities- Provide an excellent customer experience through phone calls, appointments, and membership sales
- Promote products and services to clients
- Communicate with Service Providers to maximize appointment book
- Achieve performance-based goals set by management
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base hourly rate and uncapped commission structure on membership sales. Our top performers earn an additional $2-$4 per hour in commission. We also provide benefits such as 401(k) options with 5% company matching, paid training, and product discounts.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have a strong sales and customer service background, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude. You should also be able to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
