About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery/Technology Specialist to join our team at New Country Lexus of Great Neck. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that pre-delivery procedures are completed to the highest standard, ensuring that vehicles are ready for delivery to our guests.
  • Set clear expectations with customers regarding delivery times and ensure that they are met.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our vehicle products and features, including smartphone applications and available resources.
  • Personalize the delivery experience for each customer, tailoring it to their individual needs and preferences.
  • Deliver an exceptional Lexus experience, ensuring that our guests feel valued and satisfied.
  • Oversee the initial interaction between our guests and their new vehicles, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Utilize all available resources and applications to provide product information and support to our guests.
  • Ensure a smooth transition to future interactions, providing ongoing support and resolving any concerns that may arise.
  • Maintain a comprehensive collection of product information and resources to support explanations and demonstrations.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their delivery experience and build long-term relationships.
Qualifications
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Professional appearance and impeccable integrity.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Customer service and technology experience a plus.
