Job Overview

Schillings is seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our team in Saint John, IN. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our computer systems and networks.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PC and network issues
  • Work with end-users to gather information and resolve issues
  • Maintain and update the IT help desk ticketing system
  • Support and maintain backup systems
  • Configure and support Apple mobile devices
  • Install and upgrade hardware and software
  • Provide training and advice to users on computer equipment
  • Assist in maintaining endpoint security software
  • Support the addition of new users to the network and establishment of rights and privileges
  • Travel to various locations during the work week

Requirements
  • Associates degree in a technical field
  • 2-5 years of system administration experience
  • Proficient in Active Directory, Azure AD, Windows Server, MS Hyper-V, Windows 10/11, MS Office 2013/O365, and Apple IOS
  • Good knowledge of internetworked technologies in a multi-location Cisco Meraki environment
  • Good knowledge of LAN administration
  • Experience with Apple mobile platforms and secure connectivity
  • Experience with IP phone systems, IP camera systems, and MS Exchange
  • Maintain a valid driver's license
