Job Description

">

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for facilitating month-end processes, managing financial reporting, and exploring solutions to gain process efficiencies. You will work closely with Marketing Tactic Owners to ensure accurate data collection, organization, analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate month-end processes, including spend analysis, account reconciliation, accruals, variance analysis, P&L review, and internal financial reporting.
  • Manage the rolling accrual and corrections process, generating reports, facilitating meetings with internal clients, and communicating significant corrections to ensure alignment with management.
  • Manage the Google Drive infrastructure used for spend tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Analyze various expenditures and present results, such as actual-to-forecast variances and G&A trend analysis.
  • Participate in the forecast process, facilitating meetings to collect proposed spend, adjusting forecast data, managing fund distributions, and communicating significant shifts in spend.
  • Perform vendor reviews to ensure billing and invoice accuracy and procedural compliance.
  • Support the team as needed, including keying releases, processing invoices for payment, facilitating PO closure review, and other assignments to ensure departmental/team volumes are completed in a timely manner.
  • Work with peers in the Finance Department to support data needs and ad-hoc analysis.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Accounting or Finance, 3-4 years of applicable experience, or a combination thereof. You should also possess excellent Microsoft Excel skills, outstanding teamwork skills, and the ability to work well under pressure and execute on assertive deadlines.

Compensation

">

The estimated salary for this role is $63,150 - $90,000 per year, based on qualifications, skill level, and location. We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time-away plan.
