Job Overview

At iCare Elder Services LLC, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver Overnight to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to elderly individuals. This is a full-time and part-time opportunity with a competitive compensation range between $13 to $19 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct assistance and support to clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding according to dietary and nutritional needs.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients.
  • Monitor and report changes in clients' health and well-being to a supervisor.
  • Follow care plans and update them as needed.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and standards.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client care.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a home care setting is preferred.
  • Must have a current CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Compassionate and patient attitude towards elderly individuals.
  • Basic knowledge of personal care and hygiene practices.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
