Position Overview:

In this role, you will engage with cutting-edge technologies in cloud computing, Python/C++ development, and advanced molecular dynamics simulation techniques. Your work will focus on exploring the mechanistic aspects of passive membrane permeability of drug-like compounds, contributing to impactful drug discovery research utilized by pharmaceutical and biotech firms globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop state-of-the-art scientific software tools tailored for drug discovery.
  • Engage in 3D molecular modeling, including both ligand-based and structure-based design.
  • Generate bio-active conformers and model molecular properties and interactions in three dimensions.
  • Optimize molecular structures in situ and compute free energies.
  • Assist clients in resolving their drug discovery challenges.
