Job Summary:
The Floor Supervisor - Production Lead will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and providing guidance to employees. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Oversight: Monitor and manage the production process to ensure timely completion of tasks and meet quality standards.
- Employee Guidance: Provide training and guidance to employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with employees, management, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the production process.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve production-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent education level.
- Age: 18 years or older.
- Certifications: Must be able to obtain and maintain certification in CPR/First Aid, Blood Borne Pathogens, Systemic Instruction Strategies, Abuse/Neglect, HIPAA, Confidentiality, and Behavior training.
- Driver's License: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class E driver's License.
- Forklift Certification: Must be able to obtain and maintain Forklift Certification.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check including criminal record and driving record.
- Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of standing, sitting, and walking. Regularly required to talk or hear. Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms, occasionally above shoulder level. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; this may be more with certain types of work assignments.
