- Communicate effectively with team members via hand signals or two-way radios.
- Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Possess a strong understanding of load dynamics and safe lifting practices.
- Proficient in reading load charts and lift plans.
- NCCCO License with LBC endorsements.
- TWIC Card.
- Application submitted for MMC (Ordinary Seaman).
- Pass CG physical & drug test.
- Qualified Rigger.
- TLL endorsement.
- Passport.
- Excavator experience.
This role involves working in a fast-paced marine construction environment, with frequent travel to different locations and extended stays outside of home port. Long hours, short notice travel, and weekend duties are likely.
