Talent Acquisition Manager

Hireio, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR professional to fill the role of People Partner Generalist. This position will be responsible for managing the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding, supporting the implementation of corporate-wide policies and procedures, and providing coaching and direction to site business leadership teams.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
Responsibilities- Manage the full lifecycle of employees, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Support the implementation of corporate-wide policies, procedures, systems, and initiatives.
- Provide coaching, direction, and counsel to site business leadership teams and all levels of employees.
- Program management in areas including employee performance, annual compensation review, manager and employee development, and succession planning.
- Provide individual and group training on HR tools, policies, and procedures, as well as management training and topics as required.
- Partner with hiring managers to support the recruiting process.
- Answer and assist field offices with general HR questions and requests.
- Assist with time card collection and ad hoc HR reports.
- 1+ years of HR experience and a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred).
- Familiarity with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and within a team environment.
- Bilingual in Chinese or Spanish preferred.
- Able to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Accuracy and attention to detail are must-haves.
- Must keep all departmental information confidential at all times.
