**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant to join our team at Alpine Physician Partners. As a Physician Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing primary care services to our patients, working closely with our physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide high-quality primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Conduct thorough medical histories, perform physical examinations, and order diagnostic tests as needed.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working closely with patients and their families to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care, including referrals to specialists and other healthcare services.

**Requirements**
