JOB SUMMARY:
In the role of Charge Nurse, you will lead the clinical team assigned to one or more units, overseeing the overall operations to ensure the highest standards of care are met in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state, free of restrictions, or the ability to obtain a state-specific license.
  • Familiarity with nursing practices, procedures, and the relevant state laws and regulations governing nursing functions in long-term care settings.
  • Experience in supervisory or management roles within Long Term Care (LTC).
  • Ability to perform the Essential Functions of this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
